研究目的：

探讨在采用肺保护性通气策略的单肺通气患者中，潮气量负荷试验诱导的血流动力学变化能否预测单肺通气患者的容量反应性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether the hemodynamic changes induced by Tidal volume challenge can predict the volume response of patients with one lung ventilation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

择期行胸腔镜肺切除术单肺通气患者80例，左右侧各40例（肺叶切除术、肺段切除术、肺楔形切除术等肺部手术），年龄≥18岁，ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ级，右室功能正常，左室收缩功能正常（射血分数≥55%）、 舒张功能正常或轻度受损

Inclusion criteria

There were 80 patients who underwent thoracoscopic pneumonectomy and one lung ventilation, 40 on the left and 40 on the right (lobectomy, segmental pneumonectomy, wedge pneumonectomy, etc.), aged >≥18 years, ASA grade I-II, normal right ventricular function, normal left ventricular systolic function (ejection fraction ≥ 55%), normal diastolic function or slight damage

排除标准：

年龄＜18岁，颅内高压，房颤、心衰、冠心病，严重的慢阻肺，ASA分级≥III级，术前心超显示EF＜55%，右室功能异常

Exclusion criteria：

Age < 18 years old, intracranial hypertension, atrial fibrillation, heart failure, coronary heart disease, severe COPD, ASA grade ≥ grade III, preoperative echocardiography showed EF < 55%, and right ventricular function was abnormal
