对比吲哚布芬与阿司匹林对预防非体外循环下冠状动脉旁路移植术后1年桥血管再狭窄的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effect of indobufen and aspirin on the prevention of 1-year restenosis after off-pump coronary artery bypass graft.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

将2016年12月-2018年12月共计152例我院收治的接受冠状动脉旁路移植术治疗的患者分为吲哚布芬组及阿司匹林组。吲哚布芬组患者术后接受吲哚布芬及氯吡格雷治疗，阿司匹林组患者术后接受阿司匹林及氯吡格雷治疗。常规随访1年，比较两组患者术后1年大隐静脉桥血管及乳内动脉桥血管再狭窄的发生情况、心脏不良事件发生情况及不良反应发生情况；比较两组患者治疗前及治疗后纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体(D-D)、血清血栓调节蛋白(TM)及凝血酶激活纤溶抑制物(TAFI)水平。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

152 patients with coronary artery bypass graft in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were divided into the indobufen group and the aspirin group. Patients in the aspirin group were received aspirin and clopidogrel, and patients in the indobufen group were received indobufen and clopidogrel. After 1-year of routine follow-up, the occurrence of restenosis of saphenous vein bridge and internal mammary artery bridge, the occurrence of adverse cardiac events and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. The levels of FIB, D-D, TM and TAFI were compared before and after treatment. 

纳入标准：

纳入标准：①确诊为冠心病，行冠状动脉旁路移植手术者；②术中采用大隐静脉及乳内动脉为移植桥血管；③对本研究所涉及药物无过敏史者；④术前5~7天停用阿司匹林

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ① patients diagnosed with coronary heart disease and undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting; ② Great saphenous vein and internal mammary artery were used as graft vessels; ③ Those who have no history of allergy to the drugs involved in this study; ④ Aspirin was stopped 5 ~ 7 days before operation

排除标准：

排除标准：①合并其他系统严重器质性疾病者；②有凝血功能障碍或出血倾向者；③恶性肿瘤患者；④近期接受心脏其他类型手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: ① patients with severe organic diseases of other systems; ② Those with coagulation dysfunction or bleeding tendency; ③ Patients with malignant tumors; ④ Those who have recently undergone other types of heart surgery.
