研究目的：

研究人群接种新冠灭活疫苗后的抗体产生水平，获取人群的免疫屏障水平，以更好地抗击疫情  

Objectives of Study：

Study on the antibody production level of the population after receiving the inactivated covid-19 vaccine, in order to obtain the immune level of population, to fight with the covid-19 better

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）3岁以上人群；
2）完成新冠灭活疫苗2剂接种程序，且为同一厂家生产疫苗；
3）自愿接受抗体检测人群，并签署知情同意书；
4）健康状况良好，且药物控制良好的高血压患者；
5）健康状况良好，且药物控制良好的糖尿病患者。

Inclusion criteria

1) People over 3 years old;
2) Complete two doses of inactivated COVID-19 vaccine and produce the vaccine from the same manufacturer;
3) People who voluntarily accept antibody testing and sign informed consent;
4) Patients with hypertension who are in good health and well controlled by drugs;
5) Patients with diabetes who are in good health and well controlled by drugs.

排除标准：

1）妊娠期妇女
2）未完成新冠灭活疫苗2剂接种程序；
3）药物不可控的慢性病人高血压患者；
4）药物不可控的慢性病人糖尿病患者；
5）既往感染过新冠病毒；
6）其它任何新冠灭活疫苗接种禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Pregnant women
2) Two doses of inactivated COVID-19 vaccine have not been completed;
3) Chronic patients with uncontrolled hypertension;
4) Chronic diabetes patients with uncontrollable drugs;
5) Previous infection with novel coronavirus;
6) Any other contraindications to inactivated COVID-19 vaccine vaccination.
