研究目的：

通过评估2型糖尿病认知障碍患者脑功能MRI（DMN、FA，MD）的变化和肠道菌群的多样性及其产物SCFAs的变化特点，明确脑功能MRI，肠道菌群和粪便SCFAs与认知功能减退的相关性，了解患者微生物-肠-脑轴之间的联系，为进一步探索糖尿病患者发生认知功能障碍的早期诊断、进展特点、危险因素和及时有效的防治提供客观可靠的临床依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To identify the correlations among changes of brain function MRI, intestinal flora and fecal SCFAs and cognitive function by evaluating the brain function MRI (DMN, FA, MD) in patients with type 2 diabetic cognitive impairment. To investigate the relationship of the patients microbe-gut-brain axis. To provide some clinical proves for further exploring the early diagnosis, progression characteristics, risk factors, and timely and effective prevention and treatment of cognitive dysfunction in diabetic patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在40-64岁的2型糖尿病患者，符合1999年世界卫生组织关于2型糖尿病的诊断准则。（2）糖尿病病程在5年以上。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Type 2 diabetes patients aged 40-64, in line with the 1999 World Health Organization's diagnostic guidelines for type 2 diabetes. (2) The course of diabetes is more than 5 years.

排除标准：

（1）糖尿病酮症酸中毒，低血糖昏迷，高渗葡萄糖昏迷以及其他糖尿病的急性并发症；（2）脑血管意外，中枢神经系统感染，中风，脑出血或其他中枢神经损害的临床证据；（3）视觉和听觉障碍；（4）帕金森病，恶性，严重贫血等全身性疾病； 甲状腺疾病，库欣综合征，药物滥用或依赖史以及抑郁症（3个月内）；筛选的前三个月使用了抗帕金森病药物，苯二氮卓类和巴比妥类药物，抗癫痫药、 抗凝剂等；（5）长期卧床或无法自理的患者。（6）曾行胃肠道手术或有肠易激综合征、慢性腹泻患者。（7）BMI<18.5kg/m2。（8）入组前3个月内曾服用PPI或H2受体阻滞剂、阿卡波糖、肠道益生菌产品，抗生素者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Diabetic ketoacidosis, hypoglycemic coma, hypertonic glucose coma and other acute complications of diabetes; (2) Clinical evidence of cerebrovascular accident, central nervous system infection, stroke, cerebral hemorrhage or other central nervous system damage; (3) Visual and hearing impairment; (4) Parkinson's disease, malignant, severe anemia and other systemic diseases; Thyroid disease, Cushing syndrome, history of drug abuse or dependence, and depression (within 3 months); before screening Used anti-Parkinson's disease drugs, benzodiazepines and barbiturates, anti-epileptics, anticoagulants, etc. for three months; (5) Patients who are bedridden for a long time or unable to take care of themselves. (6) Patients who have undergone gastrointestinal surgery or have irritable bowel syndrome or chronic diarrhea. (7) BMI<18.5kg/m2. (8) Those who have taken PPI or H2 receptor blockers, acarbose, intestinal probiotic products, and antibiotics within 3 months before enrollment.
