研究目的：

与传统经腹腔腹膜前修补术相比较，探讨改良TAPP术式（将疝囊横断后远端疝囊缝合固定至腹直肌后技术）对患者术后并发症的发生，术后住院时间、医疗费用及生活质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Compared with the traditional transperitoneal preperitoneal repair, to explore the effects of the improved TAPP operation (the technique of suture and fixation of the distal hernia sac after the transection of the hernia sac to the rectus abdominis) on the occurrence of postoperative complications, postoperative hospital stay, medical expenses and quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18-85岁；（2）查体或是腹股沟彩超证实为腹股沟疝患者；（3）术中证实腹股沟疝为斜疝，且Gilbert分型(1988)为II型或III型者（疝环缺损不小于一指），且术中证实疝囊长度大于3厘米；（4）具备足够的器官功能；（5）病人或家属，能够理解研究方案并愿意参与本研究，提供书面知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18-85 years（2) Patients with inguinal hernia confirmed by physical examination or inguinal color Doppler ultrasound（3) The inguinal hernia was confirmed as indirect hernia during operation, and the Gilbert classification (1988) was type II or type III (the hernia ring defect was not less than one finger), and the length of hernia sac was confirmed to be greater than 3cm during operation（4) Adequate organ function（5) Patients or family members who can understand the study protocol and are willing to participate in the study and provide written informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）年龄<18，或>85岁；（2）复发疝、嵌顿疝和绞窄疝的患者；（3）合并肠梗阻、肠穿孔、肠出血等需要急诊手术切除的患者；（4）ASA IV或V级；（5）严重的精神疾病；（6）严重肺气肿、间质性肺炎或缺血性心脏病等不能耐受手术者；（7）患者具有腹腔镜手术禁忌；（8）患者或家属无法理解本研究的条件和目标。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Age < 18, or > 85 years（2) Patients with recurrent hernia, incarcerated hernia and strangulated hernia（3) Patients with intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation and intestinal bleeding requiring emergency surgical resection（4) ASA class IV or V（5) Serious mental illness（6) Patients with severe emphysema, interstitial pneumonia or ischemic heart disease who cannot tolerate surgery（7) Patients had contraindications to laparoscopic surgery（8) Patients or family members cannot understand the conditions and objectives of this study.
