研究目的：

本文以PFPS患者为干预对象，通过弹腿或联合KT干预，观察对其疗效及姿势控制的影响，为PFPS患者的康复预防提供证据支撑。  

Objectives of Study：

This article takes PFPS patients as the intervention object, and observes the effect on its curative effect and posture control through kicking the leg or combined with KT intervention, and provides evidence support for the rehabilitation and prevention of PFPS patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

实验采用随机分组将72名受试者分为4组，分别进行每周3次，共计6周的训练，在干预前、干预4周、干预6周分别进行测试。样本被随机分为4组：TT+KT(n=18)，进行弹腿联合肌内效贴干预；TT+KTp(n=18)，进行弹腿和肌内效贴安慰剂技术干预；KT(n=18)，单独进行肌内效贴干预；CON（n=18）进行一般性热身活动。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

In the experiment, 72 subjects were randomly divided into 4 groups, and they were trained 3 times a week for a total of 6 weeks. Tests were performed before the intervention, 4 weeks, and 6 weeks. The samples were randomly divided into 4 groups: TT+KT (n=18), for the intervention of kicking the leg combined with intramuscular effect patch; TT+KTp (n=18), for the intervention of the placebo technique of kicking the leg and intramuscular effect; KT (n=18), intramuscular effect patch intervention alone; CON (n=18) general warm-up activities. 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18-28岁；（2）满足诊断标准且为单侧受累；（3）未接受药物或物理治疗；（4）自愿并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18-28; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria and have unilateral involvement; (3) Did not receive medication or physical therapy; (4) Voluntary and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）膝关节周围组织存在损伤；（2）膝关节无手术史；（3）对KT过敏；（4）存在身体活动的医学禁忌症（如心血管疾病）；（5）由于个人或其他原因不能坚持干预。

Exclusion criteria：

1) There is damage to the tissues around the knee joint; (2) No history of surgery on the knee joint; (3) Allergy to KT; (4) Medical contraindications for physical activity (such as cardiovascular disease); (5) Personal or other medical contraindications The reason cannot insist on intervention.
