研究目的：

1、探索海南基于“互联网+”背景建立适用于患有盆底功能障碍性疾病老年妇女的护理服务模式。 2、提高我省老年妇女对盆底功能障碍性疾病的认知水平和对盆底肌康复训练及治疗的认识程度。 3、提升老年妇女在盆底功能障碍性疾病治疗方面的依从性。 4、强化老年妇女在盆底功能障碍性疾病治疗方面的自我效能干预和短期训练的有效性。 5、提高有盆底功能障碍性疾病老年妇女群体的生活质量和幸福感。 6、组建医院盆底专科护理小组,创造专科护士职业发展环境,加快医院专科护理内涵建设,推动专科护理发展，为男性盆底功能障碍性疾病护理服务模式发展提供借鉴。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore Hainan based on the "Internet plus" background to establish a nursing service model suitable for elderly women with pelvic floor dysfunction. 2. Objective to improve the elderly women's awareness of pelvic floor dysfunction and pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training and treatment. 3. Objective to improve the compliance of elderly women in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction. 4. Objective to strengthen the effectiveness of self-efficacy intervention and short-term training in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction in elderly women. 5. Objective to improve the quality of life and well-being of elderly women with pelvic floor dysfunction. 6. Objective to establish a hospital pelvic floor specialist nursing team, create a professional development environment for specialist nurses, speed up the connotation construction of hospital specialist nursing, and promote the development of specialist nursing, so as to provide reference for the development of male pelvic floor dysfunction nursing service mode.

纳入标准：

选取年龄在50-70岁女性，无精神障碍疾病，能自主表达并完成问卷及临床检查。

Inclusion criteria

Women aged 50-70, without mental disorders, can express themselves and complete the questionnaire and clinical examination.

排除标准：

排除如肿瘤、脏器衰竭、生活不能自理如失能和失智对象以及重大手术、严重创伤后一年内人群。

Exclusion criteria：

The patients who were unable to take care of themselves, such as cancer, organ failure, disability and dementia, as well as those who had undergone major surgery or severe trauma within one year were excluded.
