研究目的：

利用特异性分子探针11C-AZD9291在临床肺癌患者体内进行PET-CT显像，以验证该新型分子探针影像学检测肺癌EGFR突变蛋白的可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

The specific molecular probe 11C-AZD9291 was used for PET-CT imaging in patients with lung cancer to verify the feasibility of the new molecular probe for imaging detection of EGFR mutated protein in lung cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、已通过组织活检确诊的10名原发性肺腺癌志愿者；
2、经ARMS荧光PCR法确认其病变组织EGFR突变状态，其中包含19del突变型4例、21L858R突变型4例、野生型2例；
3、未接受手术、化疗、放疗及靶向等肿瘤相关治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Ten volunteers with primary lung adenocarcinoma confirmed by tissue biopsy;
2. EGFR mutation status was confirmed by ARMS fluorescence PCR, including 4 cases of 19del mutant, 4 cases of 21L858R mutant, and 2 cases of wild type.
3. No operation, chemotherapy, radiotherapy or targeted tumor related therapy.

排除标准：

1、体内含有心脏起搏器、除颤器、助听器、胰岛素泵等金属植入物的患者；
2、不能耐受 PET/CT检查的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with cardiac pacemakers, defibrillators, hearing aids, insulin pumps and other metal implants;
2. Patients who cannot tolerate PET/CT examination.
