研究目的: |
原發性脊柱側彎困擾了醫療人員數千年之久,近年來許多研究顯示人體姿態辨識系統(OpenPose) 的重要性與便利性,OpenPose是擷取人體姿勢的一種工具。因此本研究藉由Openpose的便利性與準確度來分析其原發性脊柱側彎患者之步態對稱性評估、與動作對稱性評估,並藉由治療師示範臨床上建議預防原發性脊柱側彎進展的治療方案之特定性脊柱側彎矯正運動(physiotherapy scoliosis-specific exercises, PSSE),使Openspose建立標準特定性脊柱側彎矯正運動模板,讓患者於自家練習治療動作時時可藉由雲端系統模板即時協助比對自身上傳動作之正確性。本研究共收納172位脊柱側彎患,年紀10歲以上,Cobb angle大於10度,可以聽從簡單指令者,並隨機分成兩組,實驗前所有受試者皆分析其步態對稱性評估,動作對稱性評估,肌肉對稱性評估,平衡能力評估,背部肌耐力評估,身體背部體表溫度表現評估,實驗組接受openpose 監督進行特定性脊柱側彎矯正運動,控制組接受特定性脊柱側彎矯正運動,每人每次為期60分鐘,每週3次共執行3個月時間(至少12週,36次),完成後再次評估。本研究為第一篇針對原發性脊柱側彎患者與健康人藉由人體姿態辨識做對稱性動作差異之研究論文,讓原發性脊柱側彎患者可以在接受特定性脊柱側彎矯正運動後,可以繼續長期藉由Openpose線上運動矯治,降低就醫成本與候診的時間,持續改善疾病狀況,提升患者生活品質與自信。 |

Objectives of Study: |
Idiopathic scoliosis has plagued medical personnel for thousands of years. In recent years, many studies have shown the importance and convenience of the human posture recognition system (OpenPose). OpenPose is a tool for capturing human posture. Therefore, this study used the convenience and accuracy of Openpose to analyze the gait symmetry assessment and movement symmetry assessment of patients with idiopathic scoliosis, and used the therapist to demonstrate clinical recommendations to prevent idiopathic spine Physiotherapy scoliosis-specific exercises (PSSE), the treatment plan for curvature progression, enables Openspose to establish a standard specific scoliosis correction exercise template, allowing patients to use the cloud system when practicing their own treatment actions The template instantly assists in comparing the correctness of upload actions. A total of 172 scoliosis patients were included in this study, who were over 10 years old, had a Cobb angle greater than 10 degrees, and were able to follow simple instructions.
