评价牵伸松调法治疗颈椎病的有效性和安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Stretching-Relaxation-Adjustment Manipulation(SRAD) in the treatment of cervical spondylosis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合诊断标准，颈项痛，伴或者不伴背部疼痛或酸痛颈部活动受限等；（2）年龄18-70岁，男女不限；（3）近2周未进行治疗者；（4）本人签署或者直系亲属代签知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1)cervical spondylosis originated from neck pain with or without back pain or soreness, limited movement of the neck, by Guide for diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of cervical spondylosis Chinese Association of Rehabilitation Medicine in 2016;
(2) Aged 18-70 years male and female;
(3) No treatment within 2 weeks;
(4) Who sign or direct relatives to sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（l）颈椎椎体结核、肿瘤等有椎体破坏或椎管内占位性病变及脊柱侧弯畸形者；（2）确诊颈椎病但已经做过手术者；（3）颅内器质性病变及其疾病引起的头痛，如颅内感染、脑瘤、蛛网膜下腔出血等；（4）合并心、脑、血管、肾、肝、消化、造血障碍、糖尿病等器官或系统严重原发性疾病患者；（5）孕妇、哺乳期及近半年有生育要求的妇女；（6）不能理解或者记录相关评分指标者；（7）伴有智力障碍、有中度以上焦虑、抑郁等精神疾病者；（8）严重畏惧针灸，不能配合针刺者；（9）正在从事其它疼痛类疾病药物或者物理治疗者，或正在参加其它临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patient who have Cervical vertebral tuberculosis, tumor, spinal canal occupying lesions and scoliosis;
(2) Patient who had operated after being confirmed with cervical spondylosis;
(3) Headache result from intracranial diseases, such as intracranial infection, cerebroma, subarachnoid hemorrhage and other diseases;
(4) Patients with serious primary diseases of the heart, brain, blood vessels, kidneys, liver, digestive, hematopoietic disorders, diabetes, etc.;
(5) Women who have fertility requirements during pregnancy, lactation and nearly half a year;
(6) Failing to understand or record the relevant scoring indicators;
(7) Mentally ill persons with mental retardation, moderate or higher levels of anxiety and depression;
(8) Unable to cooperate with the acupuncture;
(9) Who is involved in other pain medications or physical therapists, or are participating in other clinical trials.
