研究目的：

通过临床观察静脉注射不同剂量右美托咪定对分娩镇痛产妇及新生儿的影响，以期从MAPK/ERK信号通路揭示其在分娩镇痛中的分子生物学机制；并通过动物实验进一步揭示不同剂量右美托咪定在分娩镇痛中的作用，并从MAPK/ERK信号通路分析其在分娩镇痛中作用的可能机制。为探索一种对母婴安全有效的分娩镇痛药物配伍方法，为该药物在分娩镇痛中的广泛应用提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through clinical observation of the effects of intravenous injection of dexmedetomidine of different doses on labor analgesia in puerpera and neonates, the molecular biological mechanism of labor analgesia was revealed from the MAPK/ERK signaling pathway. The effect of dexmedetomidine in labor analgesia was further verified by animal experiments, and the possible mechanism of its effect in labor analgesia was analyzed from the MAPK/ERK signaling pathway, so as to explore a safe and effective method for the combination of labor analgesia drugs for mothers and infants, and to provide scientific basis for the widespread application of dexmedetomidine in labor analgesia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄为20～35岁；
2.经产科评估可经阴道分娩；
3.单胎、足月、头位初产妇；
4.无妊娠相关合并症（如妊娠高血压疾病、妊娠合并糖尿病、妊娠期胆汁淤积症等）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 20 to 35 years old;
2. Can be delivered vaginally after obstetric evaluation;
3. Single birth, full-term, primipara;
4. No pregnancy-related complications (such as pregnancy-induced hypertension, pregnancy complicated with diabetes, cholestasis during pregnancy, etc.).

排除标准：

1.平素有烟、酒嗜好及吸毒史者；
2.神经质者；
3.分娩镇痛中硬膜外镇痛泵PCA（患者自控镇痛）次数＞3次；
4.开始分娩镇痛到胎儿娩出超过8h；
5.试验中不遵循原定治疗方案，使用其他干预措施；
6.因为各种原因分娩中中转剖宫产者；
7.出现不良反应者；
8.试验过程中患者要求退出；
9.提供虚假信息者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Usually there are tobacco, alcohol and drug addiction history;
2. Neurotic person;
3. Epidural analgesia pump PCA (patient controlled analgesia) times in labor analgesia> 3 times;
4. Analgesia at the beginning of labor until the fetus is delivered more than 8 hours;
5. The original treatment plan was not followed in the trial and other interventions were used;
6. Transition to cesarean section during delivery due to various reasons;
7. Adverse reactions occur;
8. The patient asked to withdraw during the trial;
9. Provide false information.
