研究目的：

探讨正念认知干预对二胎行体外受精-胚胎移植的高龄夫妇心理困扰、睡眠障碍和应对方式的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy on psychological distress, sleep quality and coping styles of advanced age couples to have second child undergoing In Vitro Fertilization-Embryo Transfer treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）接受 IVF-ET 治疗夫妇，年龄≥35 岁，已婚原配生育一子女；
（2）符合 WHO 不孕症的诊断标准；
（3）小学文化以上，可以独立完成研究过程中各种问卷量表的填写；
（4）所有参与研究的夫妇均了解研究的目的和方法，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Couples treated with IVF-ET, aged >=35 years, married with one child from the original spouse.
(2) Meeting the WHO diagnostic criteria for infertility.
(3) they had elementary school education or above and could complete the various questionnaires in the study independently.
(4) All couples participating in the study understood the purpose and methods of the study and signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）有精神行为问题及严重心肝肾等躯体疾病者；
（2）在 2 年内经历重大心理创伤者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who have mental behavior problems and serious physical diseases such as heart, liver and kidney.
(2) Those who have experienced major psychological trauma within 2 years.
