研究目的：

探讨无阿片类镇痛药物的全麻在腹部手术患者中实施的可行性，及与传统全麻相比，对患者术中、术后及预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the feasibility of opioid-free anethesia in abdominal surgery and to compare the analgesic effects in perioperative period and further prognosis with traditional anethesia which is involved with opioid.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

拟行腹部手术的患者，性别不限，年龄18~65岁，美国麻醉医师协会分级Ⅰ/Ⅱ级，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged from 18 to 65 years and scheduled for an abdominal surgery with the ASA status I/II, and Willing to sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 脑血管疾病、消化性溃疡者、肝肾功能异常、糖尿病、凝血功能障碍者；
2. 慢性疼痛、长期使用阿片类药物、激素或非甾体类药物者；
3. 局麻药过敏者；
4. 孕期及哺乳期妇女；
5. 精神疾病患者、无法配合术后疼痛评分者；
6. 有区域神经阻滞禁忌者；
7. 心肺功能中度及以上异常者；
8. 患有青光眼、前列腺肥大等禁用阿托品的疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with cerebrovascular disease, peptic ulcer,dysfunction of liver, renal dysfunction,diabetes, hematological system disorders;
2. History of chronic pain, long time of taking opioids,NSAIDS or hormones;
3. Allergic to local anesthetic;
4. Pregnant and lactating women;
5. Patients with mental disease who is unable to give a VAS score;
6. Regional nerve block contraindication;
7. patients with moderate or severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction;
8. patients with atropin contraindications.
