研究目的：

针对肥胖风险人群和肥胖状态人群，分别采用单纯生活方式干预及中医药综合干预手段，通过循证医学评价方法，观察中医药综合干预手段对目标人群的干预效果及方案安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Using Lifestyle intervention and Traditional Chinese Medicine comprehensive intervention measures in Obesity and Obesity risk population.Through evidence-based medicine evaluation methods to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Intervention means on the target population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 年龄：男性：18～60岁，女性：18～50岁；
② 体重指数(BMI): 24≤BMI＜40kg/㎡；
③ 腰围：男性>85CM，女性>80CM；
④ 中医体质为痰湿质（痰湿质、痰湿质倾向、兼夹体质（夹痰湿质））(痰湿凝聚，以形体肥胖、腹部肥满、口黏苔腻等痰湿表现为主要特征，根据王琦教授等编制的经中华中医药学会2009年3月26日发布的《中医体质分类与判定标准》评定)。
⑤ 知情同意者。
⑥ 如已使用相关减肥措施（包括药物）者，至少停用2周以上时间。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: male: 18~60 years old, female: 18~50 years old;
2. Body mass index (BMI): 24 < BMI < 40kg/ M;
3. Waist circumference: male >85CM, female >80CM;
4. TCM Constitution as phlegm dampness;
5. Voluntarily participate in the study and signed informed consent;
6. If the relevant measures have been used to lose weight (drugs), discontinued at least 2 weeks.

排除标准：

① 否认既往内科疾病史及经研究人员或医务人员排除合并冠心病、糖尿病、心、肝、肾疾病及继发性肥胖（库欣氏病、甲状腺功能减退症等）者；
② 妊娠哺乳期妇女；
③ 不能坚持治疗的患者；
④ 对干预措施可能出现过敏的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Deny the history of the disease in the Department of internal medicine and the researchers or medical staff to exclude coronary heart disease, diabetes, heart, liver, kidney disease and secondary obesity (Cushing's disease, hypothyroidism, etc.);
2. Pregnancy and lactation women;
3. Can not adhere to the treatment;
4. May be allergic to intervention measures.
