研究目的：

探讨新辅助化疗对全凭静脉麻醉下行乳腺癌根治术手术患者的术后认知功能障碍的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective To investigate the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on postoperative cognitive dysfunction in patients undergoing radical breast cancer surgery under intravenous anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级Ⅰ~Ⅲ级；
②年龄≥40岁且≤80岁，无严重视听障碍，有阅读能力；
③无心血脑相关系统疾病病史；
④拟在全身麻醉下行择期乳腺癌根治术，手术时间≥2小时。

Inclusion criteria

(1) the American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) class I to III;
(2) Aged 40 to 80 years old, no serious audio-visual impairment, reading ability;
(3) No history of cardiovascular and brain related system diseases;
(4) Radical mastectomy of breast cancer was planned under general anesthesia, and the operation time >=2 hours.

排除标准：

①拒绝参加本实验；
②终末期乳腺癌，接受内分泌治疗的患者；
③因语言障碍无法沟通所致不能完成问卷的患者；
④既往有精神症状或者疾病无法配合的患者，精神药品依赖患者；
⑤头颅CT或MRI检查颅内异常患者；
⑥ASA Ⅳ级及以上，心功能≥3级。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) refuse to participate in this experiment;
(2) End-stage breast cancer patients receiving endocrine therapy;
(3) Patients who cannot complete the questionnaire due to language barrier;
(4) patients with previous mental symptoms or diseases unable to cooperate, psychotropic drug dependence;
(5) Patients with intracranial abnormalities examined by cranial CT or MRI;
(6) ASA Ⅳ level and above, cardiac function level 3 or higher.
