研究目的：

本研究旨在通过构建虚拟现实言语功能康复训练系统来评估和改善脑卒中失语患者言语功能。采用量性和质性研究相结合的研究方法，依托虚拟现实技术，建立失语患者个性化的言语康复方案，评价虚拟现实康复训练系统言语康复的有效性、患者依从性、患者沟通能力、患者的满意度、人力资源节省等方面的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate and improve the speech function of stroke aphasia patients by constructing a virtual reality speech function rehabilitation training system.By combining quantitative and qualitative research methods and relying on virtual reality technology, a personalized speech rehabilitation program for aphasia patients was established to evaluate the effectiveness of speech rehabilitation of virtual reality rehabilitation training system, patient compliance, patient communication ability, patient satisfaction, human resource saving and other aspects of intervention effect.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)脑卒中后患有运动性失语症;
(2)西方失语成套测验的失语指数<93.6;
(3)年龄在18 - 65岁之间;
(4)具备可接受的识字水平(如能读懂中文);
(5)拥有一部iOS或Android系统的智能手机;
(6)知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) are Broca aphasia patients after stroke treatment;
(2) the aphasia quotient(AQ) of Chinese Version of Western Aphasia Battery <93.6;
(3) are between 18 and 65 years of age;
(4) have an acceptable literacy level (eg, are able to read Chinese);
(5) have a smartphone operates with iOS or Android systems;
(6) are able to provide informed consent.

排除标准：

(1)有精神分裂症、抑郁症等严重精神病史;
(2)有认知障碍;
(3)一般情况较差

Exclusion criteria：

(1) have reported history of severe mental illness including schizophrenia, depression, and so on;
(2) have cognitive impairment;
(3) have poor general condition.
