研究目的:

1.研究不同运动方式对改善绝经后重度骨质疏松女性不同部位骨密度和全身骨代谢的安全性和有效性; 2.比较不同运动方式对绝经后重度骨质疏松女性不同部位骨密度和全身骨代谢的影响; 3.找出针对绝经后骨质疏松女性的最佳运动干预方法; 4.为下一步进行针对全人群研究,创建骨质疏松综合防控体系提供依据。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Research different exercises to improve different parts of severe osteoporosis in postmenopausal women bone density and bone metabolism of safety and effectiveness; 2. Effects of different exercise modes on bone mineral density and bone metabolism in different parts of postmenopausal women with severe osteoporosis; 3. Find the best exercise intervention method for postmenopausal osteoporosis women; 4. To provide a basis for the next step for the whole population study, to create a comprehensive prevention and control system of osteoporosis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

绝经期后10年内的女性,年龄在50-65岁;总体骨量下降大于37%或T值小-2.5。

Inclusion criteria

Females within 10 years after menopause, aged 50-70 years old; total bone mass decreased by more than 37% or T value of small -2.5.

排除标准:

进行血液指标检查,排除以下疾病(或者满足相关条件):
1.影响骨代谢的其他疾病:性腺、甲状旁腺、甲状腺疾病。
2.类风湿性关节炎等免疫性疾病。
3.影响钙和维生素D吸收和调节的消化道和肾脏疾病。
4.多发性骨髓瘤等恶性疾病。
5.长期服用糖皮质激素或其他骨代谢药物。
6.各种先天和获得性骨代谢异常疾病。
7.受试者在1年内,发生过脆性骨折。
8.受试者近1年内有规律运动健身的习惯(每周少于3次,持续30分钟以上的运动)
9.受试者不具备正常日常行为能力,存在运动障碍。
10.参考体重与骨强度指标,排除骨折风险极高者。

Exclusion criteria:

Indicators blood tests to exclude the following diseases (or meet the relevant conditions):
1. other diseases affecting bone metabolism: gonads, parathyroid, thyroid disease;
2. rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune diseases;
3. Effect of calcium and vitamin D absorption and regulation and Digestive and Kidney Diseases;
4. multiple myeloma and other malignant diseases;
5. long-term use of corticosteroids or other bone metabolism of drugs;
6. variety of congenital and acquired metabolic bone disorders;
7. subjects in one year, the brittle fracture occurred;
8. subject nearly a year of regular sports and fitness habits (less than three times a week for 30 minutes of exercise);
9. subject does not have the ability to conduct normal daily existence dyskinesia;
10. reference weight and bone strength index, excluding those high risk of fracture.
