研究目的：

（1）评价后牙区两种位点保存术后软组织在组织学和形态学上的差异 （2）评价两种位点保存术牙槽嵴的水平向和垂直向骨量的变化及其成骨的效果  

Objectives of Study：

(1) evaluate the histological and morphological differences of the soft tissue after two socket preservation in posterior teeth (2) evaluate the changes of bone mass in horizontal and vertical direction and the osteogenic effect of alveolar ridge preservation at two sites

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

在局麻下使用微创拔牙挺挺松患牙，微创拔除患牙，尽量减少拔牙过程中对牙槽骨壁的损伤。 CGF组：患牙微创拔除后，分离颊侧或舌侧的结缔组织，仔细清理牙槽窝，并用激光处理拔牙窝创面，搔刮牙槽窝使其充满新鲜血液，填入 Bio-Oss骨粉至高度略平于牙槽骨顶，表面覆盖CGF膜，局部减张，拉拢缝合。 Bio-collagen组：患牙拔除后，仔细清理牙槽窝，并用激光处理拔牙窝创面，搔刮牙槽窝使其充满新鲜血液，填入Bio-Oss骨粉至高度略低于牙槽骨顶，bio-oss骨粉颗粒上表面覆盖Bio-oss collagen，采用交叉褥式缝合拉拢缝合。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Extract the teeth as minimally invasive as possible under the anesthesia, try to protect the alveolar. CGF group: after tooth extraction, separate the buccal or lingual flap, then clear the tooth socket carefully. Finally clear the socket with laser. After the socket is free from inflammatory granulation tissue. Fill the socket fully with Bio-OSS, and with its surface covered with CGF membrane, then close the wound with modified horizontal mattress. Bio collagen group: after tooth extraction, separate the buccal or lingual flap, then clear the tooth socket carefully. Finally clear the socket with laser. After the socket is free from inflammatory granulation tissue. Fill the socket fully with Bio-OSS, and with its surface covered with Bio-collagen, then close the wound with modified horizontal mattress. 

纳入标准：

1)年龄18-65岁，全身健康或控制良好的高血压和糖尿病患者
2)因各种原因无法保留的后牙，且拔牙位点存在骨缺损或慢性炎症，并拟拔除后做种植手术
3)口腔卫生良好，患者不吸烟或每日吸烟量控制在5支以内
4)近远中至少有一颗健康邻牙作为参考点
5)依从性良好，自愿参加研究并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1) aged 18-65 years, generally healthy or with well-controlled hypertension and diabetes
2) posterior teeth, and there is bone defect or chronic inflammation at the extraction site
3) good oral hygiene, and non-smoking patients or the daily smoking amount was controlled within 5 cigarettes
4) there is at least one healthy adjacent tooth as the reference point
5) good compliance, willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent

排除标准：

1)口腔卫生不良，口内有急性炎症
2)不能配合复诊者
3)吸烟、酗酒等不良习惯者
4)全身系统性疾病
5)患者节食或服用其他药物等影响骨愈合
6)女性患者在妊娠期或哺乳期
7)拔牙位点有大于三壁以上的骨缺损
8)有头颈部放射治疗史
9)牙齿有明显扭转、拥挤

Exclusion criteria：

1) Poor oral hygiene, acute inflammation in the mouth
2) Those who cannot cooperate with the follow-up visit
3) Smoking, drinking and other bad habits
4) Systemic diseases
5) Patients on diet or taking other drugs affect bone healing
6) Female patients during pregnancy or lactation
7) There were more than three wall bone defects at the extraction site
8) History of head and neck radiotherapy
9) The teeth were obviously twisted and crowded
