研究目的：

本研究在临床收募肉芽肿性乳腺炎肿块期及脓肿初期患者，分为对照组和激素治疗组，两组分别给予不同的干预治疗方案，通过乳房局部肿块炎症改善情况、超声影像学变化、实验室血清学检查、治疗周期疗程、保守治疗有效率、乳房外观美观程度及复发率等指标，观察对比两组患者的临床疗效，分析激素治疗方案的有效性安全性，明确激素治疗的适应人群及适应症，制定合理的治疗周期，完善其综合内治外治诊疗方案，建立激素治疗用药规范。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we enrolled patients with granulomatous mastitis in the stage of mass and early abscess, and divided them into control group and hormone treatment group. The two groups were given different intervention treatment schemes. Through the improvement of local breast mass inflammation, ultrasound imaging changes, laboratory serological examination, treatment cycle, conservative treatment efficiency, breast appearance and recurrence rate and other indicators, Objective To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients, analyze the effectiveness and safety of hormone therapy, clarify the suitable population and indications of hormone therapy, formulate a reasonable treatment cycle, improve the comprehensive internal and external treatment plan, and establish the medication standard of hormone therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）非妊娠期、哺乳期的女性患者；
（2）病理诊断为肉芽肿性乳腺炎的肿块期或脓肿初期患者；
（3）年龄大于18周岁（含18周岁）、不超过50周岁的女性患者；
（4）自愿参加本试验，并签署知情同意书；
（5）能配合完成调查研究者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Non pregnant and lactating female patients;

(2) The pathological diagnosis was granulomatous mastitis in the stage of mass or abscess;

(3) Female patients over 18 years old (including 18 years old) and under 50 years old;

(4) Volunteer to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent;

(5) Be able to cooperate with researchers to complete the investigation.

排除标准：

（1）病理诊断不明确患者；
（2）结核感染T细胞（ESAT-6、CFP-10)、PDD结核菌素试验怀疑乳腺结核患者；
（3）因身体或其他原因不能服用激素者；
（4）合并其他免疫相关疾病的患者；
（5）合并有严重心脑血管、肾脏、肝脏、内分泌系统和造血系统等原发性疾病者，精神病患者，或精神或法律上的残疾者；
（6）根据研究者的判断，具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化的其他病变，如工作环境经常变动等易造成失访的情况，以及由于精神和行为障碍不能给予充分知情同意者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The pathological diagnosis was not clear;

(2) TB infected T cells (ESAT-6, CFP-10), PDD tuberculin test suspected breast tuberculosis patients;

(3) Unable to take hormone due to physical or other reasons;

(4) Patients with other immune related diseases;

(5) Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, kidney, liver, endocrine system and hematopoietic system, mental patients, or mental or legal disabilities;

(6) According to the judgment of the researchers, other diseases that reduce the possibility of enrollment or complicate the enrollment, such as frequent changes in the working environment, are likely to cause loss of follow-up, and those who cannot give full informed consent due to mental and behavioral disorders.
