研究目的：

研究肩胛背神经卡压、菱形肌（斜方肌）激发点对肩背部肌筋膜疼痛发生发展的影响；在超声引导下进行单一神经、单一肌肉筋膜、以及神经肌肉联合注射治疗，对疼痛进行主观评价和客观测量，对肩背部肌筋膜疼痛病因的鉴别诊断、症状缓解的短期和长期疗效进行评估。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to study the influence of dorsal scapular nerve entrapment and rhomboid muscle (trapezius muscle) excitation point on the occurrence and development of shoulder back myofascial pain; under the guidance of ultrasound, single nerve, single myofascial, and neuromuscular combined injection therapy were carried out, subjective evaluation and objective measurement of pain were carried out, and the differential diagnosis of shoulder back myofascial pain etiology, short-term and long-term curative effect of symptom relief were improved We need to evaluate.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 年龄18-80岁；
② 症状为单侧/双侧肩胛区疼痛/不适；
③ 查体患侧T3-5水平肩胛内缘明显压痛；
④ 除外非肌肉骨骼病因（心梗、肺栓塞、急性胰腺炎）、脊柱肿瘤、脊柱结核、肩关节疾病（由于颈椎间盘突出症压迫神经根引起的症状仍考虑为神经因素引起的肩背部肌筋膜疼痛，仍纳入研究）；
⑤ 且经规范物理治疗、口服药物治疗无效的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-80 years;
2. The symptoms were unilateral / bilateral scapular pain / discomfort;
3. The t3-5 level of the affected side showed obvious tenderness at the inner edge of the scapula;
4. Except for non musculoskeletal causes (myocardial infarction, pulmonary embolism, acute pancreatitis), spinal tumor, spinal tuberculosis, shoulder joint diseases (shoulder back myofascial pain caused by nerve factors is still considered as the symptom caused by nerve root compression of cervical disc herniation, which is still included in the study);
5. And after standard physical therapy, oral drug treatment invalid patients.

排除标准：

拒绝参与研究；有严重心、肝、肾、脑疾病者；未控制的高血压、糖尿病患者；无法配合完成资料收集及随访者；拒绝注射治疗者；穿刺部位感染及严重凝血功能障碍者；对注射药物（罗哌卡因、A型肉毒菌素）过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who refused to participate in the study;
2. Those with serious heart, liver, kidney and brain diseases;
3. Those with uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes mellitus;
4. Those who could not cooperate with the completion of data collection and follow-up;
5. Those who refused injection treatment;
6. Those with puncture site infection and severe coagulation dysfunction; and
7. Those who were allergic to injection drugs (ropivacaine and botulin A).
