研究目的：

探讨应用"关爱儿童发展咨询"和“养育照护小组活动”对高危儿神经系统和发育水平的影响，以期为该工具在儿童早期发展的实践效果提供评价依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of "child care development counseling" and "nurturing and care group activities" on the nervous system and development of high-risk infants, in order to provide a basis for the evaluation of the practical effect of this tool in the early development of children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

《关爱儿童发展》是由世界卫生组织和联合国儿童基金会共同开发的旨在帮助医疗工作者和其他咨询者处理家庭养育的问题,并为家长提供在家游戏和交流活动的建议,以及促进儿童早期学习。使用咨询卡和临床实践指南来发现和解决照养人员在养育方面存在的问题，同时建议养育人员参加养育照护小组活动。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Care for Child Development, developed by the World Health Organization and UNICEF, aims to help health workers and other counsellors deal with parenting issues, advise parents on games and communication activities at home, and promote early childhood learning. Use counseling cards and clinical practice guidelines to identify and resolve caregivers' parenting problems, and recommend caregivers to participate in nursing care group activities. 

纳入标准：

入选标准为：
1)早产儿(胎龄37周以下)、低出生体重儿(出生体重2500克以下)、巨大儿(出生体重4000克以上)。
2)出生损伤、宫内/产时/产后窒息、缺氧缺血性脑病或颅内出血。
3)新生儿期有严重感染性疾病(如宫内感染、肺炎、脓毒症等)、高胆红素血症、新生儿惊厥、持续性低血糖等。

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria were 1) preterm infants (gestational age below 37 weeks), low birth weight infants (birth weight below 2500 grams), high birth weight infants (birth weight above 4000 grams). 2) Birth injury, intrauterine/intrapartum/postpartum asphyxia, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy or intracranial hemorrhage. 3) Neonatal period with severe infectious diseases (such as intrauterine infection, pneumonia, sepsis, etc.), hyperbilirubinemia, neonatal convulsion, persistent hypoglycemia, etc.

排除标准：

排除标准为患有唐氏综合征等严重出生缺陷的新生儿。

The exclusion criteria were the newborns with severe birth defects such as down syndrome.
