研究目的：

本项目通过建设标准化机器人胃癌手术示范基地，来制定中国机器人胃癌手术指南、研究西部地区机器人胃癌手术RCT、建立机器人胃癌标本库、分析肿瘤生物学特征、构建胃癌患者的随访与数据管理平台。通过普及重点肿瘤的诊疗规范，加强各级医疗卫生机构癌症诊疗能力建设，提升我国胃癌规范化治疗水平，逐步提高重点胃癌5年生存率，降低病死率。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the construction of standardized robot gastric cancer surgery demonstration base, this project aims to formulate Chinese robot gastric cancer surgery guidelines, study western region robot gastric cancer surgery RCT, establish robot gastric cancer specimen library, analyze tumor biological characteristics, and build a follow-up and data management platform for gastric cancer patients. Through popularizing the diagnosis and treatment standards of key tumors, strengthening the construction of cancer diagnosis and treatment capacity of medical and health institutions at all levels, improving the standardized treatment level of gastric cancer in China, gradually improving the 5-year survival rate of key gastric cancer and reducing the mortality rate.

纳入标准：

所有患者术前行常规上消化道Ｘ线钡餐及电子胃镜或超声胃镜检查，明确病变部位及病例类型，病理检查确诊为胃癌。按照患者自愿的原则选择手术方式并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

All patients underwent routine upper gastrointestinal X-ray barium meal, electronic gastroscopy or ultrasonic gastroscopy before operation, and the lesion location and case type were confirmed by pathological examination. According to the principle of voluntariness, the operation mode was selected and informed consent was signed.

排除标准：

紧急手术（如大出血、穿孔）、结合主要脏器切除（如结肠）。

Exclusion criteria：

Emergency surgery (such as massive hemorrhage, perforation), combined with major organ resection (such as colon).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，原始记录留存于本单位病案室，保存30年。 2.电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，本项目研究所采用的EDC系统，是基于甘肃省人民医院网络中心和普外临床中心联手开发的临床科研管理系统。
