研究目的：

运用辛前甘桔汤治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者，观察临床疗效指标及用药安全性，并通过检测慢性鼻窦炎患者及健康人群血清miRNA，分析对比两者差异，筛选显著差异miRNA，对比治疗前后血清miRNA变化，探讨辛前甘桔汤的作用机理，为辛前甘桔汤的临床运用提供一定的理论依据，并最终提高慢性鼻窦炎的中医药诊治水平。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and drug safety of Xinqian Ganju Decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis. By detecting the serum miRNA of patients with chronic sinusitis and healthy people, we analyzed and compared the differences between the two groups, screened the significant miRNA, compared the changes of serum miRNA before and after treatment, and explored the mechanism of Xinqian Ganju decoction, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of Xinqian Ganju decoction According to the research, and ultimately improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of chronic sinusitis of traditional Chinese medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）中医诊断参考《中医病症诊疗标准与方剂选用》
（2）西医诊断标准参考《慢性鼻–鼻窦炎诊断和治疗指南》：经CT等影像学证实有鼻腔、鼻窦变化，存在鼻塞和脓涕等；
（3）病程超过12周；
（4）患者及其家属知情本研究且签订知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The diagnosis and treatment standard and prescription selection of TCM diseases are referred to in TCM diagnosis and treatment;
(2) The western medicine diagnosis standard is referred to the guide for diagnosis and treatment of chronic sinusitis : the changes of nasal cavity and sinuses, congestion and mucus, etc. have been confirmed by CT and other imaging;
(3) The course of disease was more than 12 weeks;
(4) Patients and their families were informed of the study and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
（2）因其他细菌、病毒引起的慢性鼻窦炎者；
（3）合并过敏性鼻炎、哮端、支气管炎等严重呼吸道疾病者；
（4）鼻中隔偏曲、鼻腔结构异常者；
（5）合并恶性肿瘤者；
（6）合并心肝肾等重要脏器功能不全者；
（7）精神异常，无法正常沟通者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant or lactating women;

(2) Chronic sinusitis caused by other bacteria and viruses;

(3) Patients complicated with allergic rhinitis, asthma, bronchitis and other serious respiratory diseases;

(4) Deviation of nasal septum and abnormal nasal structure;

(5) Patients with malignant tumor;

(6) Patients with heart, liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction;

（7）Mentally abnormal, unable to communicate normally
