Objectives of Study：

The health effectiveness of weight management programs in obese people

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在18-65周岁的男性或女性，BMI≥24.0kg/m2；
（2）中心性肥胖、血糖或血脂异常；
（3）无严重肝、肾、消化道疾病及糖尿病并发症；
（4）3月内未使用降低血脂、血糖、体重相关药物及膳食补充剂，同意在实验期间不使用上述食物或药物；
（5）在听取项目介绍后自愿参加本研究，并签订知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Male or female aged 18-65 with BMI≥24.0kg/m2;
(2) Central obesity, abnormal blood glucose or lipid;
(3) No serious liver, kidney, digestive tract disease and diabetes complications;
(4) If no drugs or dietary supplements related to lowering blood lipids, blood glucose and weight are used within 3 months, they agree not to use the above mentioned foods or drugs during the experiment;
(5) Voluntarily participate in the study after hearing the project introduction and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）年龄在18岁以下或65岁以上者，BMI＞55kg/m2或BM＜24kg/m2；
（2）备孕、妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
（3）合并有心、肝、肾和造血系统等严重疾病，精神病患者；
（4）近3月曾服用降低血脂、血糖、体重相关药物及膳食补充剂，影响到对结果的判断者；
（5）过度抽烟或酗酒；
（6）有特殊的饮食习惯：素食者、生酮饮食者（高脂肪、低碳水）等；
（7）不能遵循试验要求者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Under 18 years old or over 65 years old, BMI > 55kg/m2 or BM < 24kg/m2;
(2) Women who are preparing for pregnancy, pregnancy or breastfeeding;
(3) Complicated with heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and other serious diseases, mental patients;
(4) Had taken drugs or dietary supplements to reduce blood lipid, blood glucose and weight in recent 3 months, which affected the judgment of the results;
(5) Excessive smoking or drinking;
(6) Have special eating habits: vegetarians, ketogenic diet (high fat, low carbohydrate), etc.;
(7) Fail to follow the requirements of the experiment.
