研究目的：

探讨安心卡游戏对晚期癌症居家患者尊严的影响； 探讨安心卡游戏对晚期癌症居家患者心理痛苦的影响。 探讨安心卡游戏对晚期癌症居家患者生活质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effectiveness of Heart to Heart Cards Game on dignity of patients with advanced cancer at home. To explore the effectiveness of Heart to Heart Cards Game on psychological distress of patients with advanced cancer at home. To explore the effectiveness of Heart to Heart Cards Game on quality of life of patients with advanced cancer at home.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)18 岁以上，病理诊断为晚期癌症。
(2)参加由临终关怀单位提供的居家临终关怀服务。
(3)医生估计的预期寿命<6个月。
(4)说中文。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Older than 18 years with a diagnosis of advanced cancer based on pathology.
(2)Attending home-based hospice services which are provided by the Hospice Units.
(3)Physician-estimated life expectancy<6 months.
(4)Chinese speaking.

排除标准：

(1)严重的认知障碍会妨碍知情同意和交流或身体状况不允许长期交流
(2)对普通话了解不足或严重听力障碍无法沟通。
(3)不知道自己病情的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Severe cognitive impairment that would impede informed consent and communication or physical condition that does not allow long-term communication
(2)Insufficient understanding of mandarin or severe hearing impairment that unable to communicate.
(3)Patients who do not know their condition.
