研究目的：

完善已建立的新发突发腹泻症候群中西医结合临床救治平台，平时演练，战时应急，确保中医药在第一时间介入新发突发腹泻症候群防治工作。 优化腹泻症候群的中医、中西医结合诊疗方案及应急预案，诊疗方案开展规范的RCT研究，为完善有效方药提供循证证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Improve the established clinical treatment platform of diarrhea syndrome, exercise in usual, emergency when outbreak occurs, to ensure that Chinese medicine in the first time to intervene in the prevention and treatment of diarrhea syndrome. Optimize the diarrhea syndrome of traditional Chinese medicineintegrated Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment programs and emergency preparedness. Carry out standardized RCT research, to improve effective prescriptions and drugs to provide evidence-based evidence.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

成人湿热疫毒证腹泻患者：
（1）符合西医诊断标准；
（2）符合中医诊断标准；
（3）年龄在18-65岁；
（4）签署知情同意。
儿童轮状病毒腹泻患者：
(1) 符合西医腹泻病诊断标准及中医泄泻诊断标准；
(2) 年龄6月-12岁；
(3) 发病72h内；
(4) 取得家长知情同意, 患儿配合治疗，签属知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Diarrhea in adults with damp heat syndrome:
(1) Patients who meet the Western medicine diagnosis;
(2) Patients who meet the Traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis;
(3) Aged 18 to 65 years;
(4) Signed informed consent forms.
Rotavirus Diarrhea in children:
(1) Patients who meet the Western medicine diagnosis and Traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis;
(2) Aged 0.5 to 12 years;
(3) 72h in the onset of disease
(4) Parents informed consent, children with treatment Signed informed consent forms.

排除标准：

成人湿热疫毒证腹泻患者：（1）年龄小于18岁或大于65岁者；（2）明确诊断为其他非肠道传染病的发热性疾病；（3）甲类、乙类肠道传染病中的霍乱、伤寒和副伤寒、细菌性和阿米巴性痢疾； （4）合并有心肝肺肾内分泌代谢系统、神经系统、造血系统严重疾病者（5）既往有明确的溃疡性结肠炎、克罗恩病、肠易激综合征等病史；（6）孕妇或哺乳期妇女；（7）病人不能合作或精神病患者；（8）治疗前使用过抗生素或其他相关药物者。
儿童轮状病毒腹泻患者：(1)实验室检查确诊是霍乱、伤寒、副伤寒、痢疾者；(2)脐部周围皮肤不适合贴敷者；(3)重度脱水者；(4)合并有心、肝、肺、肾、内分泌代谢系统、神经系统、造血系统严重疾病者；(5)正在接受免疫疗法及口服激素治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

Diarrhea in adults with damp heat syndrome
(1)Age less than 6 or more than 65years old;
(2)Definite diagnosis of febrile diseases other than intestinal infectious diseases;
(3)Intestinal infectious disease cholera, typhoid, dysentery;
(4)With severe primary cardiac, liver, lung, kidney, Endocrine and metabolic system nervous system and hemopoietic system diseases;
(5)With ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome and the like in the history;
(6)Pregnant or lactating women;
(7)The patient cannot cooperate or psychiatric patients;
(8)Before the treatmentantibiotics or other drugs were used before .
Rotavirus Diarrhea in children
（1）Definite diagnosis of cholera, typhoid, dysentery;
（2）Severe dehydration patients;
（3）The skin around the umbilicus is not suitable for application;
（4）With severe primary cardiac, liver, lung, kidney, Endocrine and metabolic system nervous system and hemopoietic system diseases;
(5) Receive immunotherapy and oral hormone therapy now.
