研究目的：

甲状腺全切术中以何种入路显露喉返神经更安全  

Objectives of Study：

In which approach to expose the recurrent laryngeal nerve is more secure in total thyroidectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

初次接受甲状腺全切手术治疗的甲状腺疾病的患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients with thyroid disease receiving first total thyroidectomy treatment

排除标准：

1）甲状腺肿大超过Ⅲ度者；2）术中见肿瘤侵犯喉返神经致无法在不损伤的情况下完整切除肿瘤者；3）术前喉镜检查声带开闭不良者；4）术前彩超见异常淋巴结可能需行颈部淋巴结廓清术者

Exclusion criteria：

1)with Goiter beyond Ⅲ degree; 2)complete excision cannot be done on the premise of unavoidable RLN injury caused by tumor invasion during operation; 3)with vocal cord dysfunction; 4)with abnormal lymph node in ultrasonography preoperatively and possiblity to operate cervical lymphadenectomy
