比较两种定量针刺深度治疗脑卒中恢复期下肢功能障碍的临床效果  

Objectives of Study：

Comparison of Clinical Effect of Two Kinds of Quantitative Acupuncture Depth in the Treatment of Lower Limb Dysfunction after Stroke

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合诊断标准，生命体征稳定；病程：15天～6个月；Brunnstrom分期：Ⅰ～Ⅱ期；年龄：18～７5岁；单侧肢体偏瘫；具备认知理解能力；签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

In line with diagnostic criteria, stable vital signs. Course of disease : 15 days – 6 months. Brunnstrom stage : I – II. Age : 18 – 75 years old. Unilateral limb hemiplegia. Having cognitive understanding ability. Signing informed consent.

排除标准：

生命体征不稳定，随时需要抢救者；有晕针史；无法电针者（有金属物，心脏起搏器）；严重认知、情绪障碍、无法配合治疗；有脑血管病史；严重心肺功能障碍；下肢皮肤损伤、感染；下肢有血栓者

Exclusion criteria：

Vital signs are unstable and need rescue at any time. Have a history of fainting. Cannot electroacupuncture ( metal, cardiac pacemaker ). Severe cognitive, emotional disorders, unable to cooperate with treatment. A history of cerebrovascular disease. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction. Lower limb skin injury, infection. Patients with lower limb thrombosis

采用简单随机化对研究对象分组，由一名不参与研究的治疗师依次编好1～28序号，用excel产生1～28之间不重复的随机数字，按随机数字出现的顺序与已经编号的1～28序号对应排列，随机数字1～14为25㎜针刺组，15～28为40㎜针刺组。
