研究目的：

探索替比夫定和恩替卡韦在长疗程免疫抑制治疗慢性肾小球疾病合并慢性乙型病毒性肝炎这个特殊人群中的有效性和安全性，以规范治疗方案，为该人群选择抗病毒的治疗方案提供依据和指导，改善病人预后，提高临床治疗水平。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the efficacy and safety of telbivudine and entecavir in treatment of chronic hepatitis B (CHB) in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) of long course of immunosuppressive treatment, and to provide reasonable recommendations for their optimal management.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 16-70岁，男女不限；
2.肾病综合征或活动性肾小球肾炎合并HBV感染者；HBsAg阳性；无论ALT、HBV-DNA状态如何；
3.肾病综合征或原发性肾小球肾炎合并HBV感染者：需要长疗程激素免疫抑制；
4.血肌酐小于3mg/ml（265μmol/L）；或eGFR>30ml/min；
5.有能力依从研究方案；
6.自愿参加研究并签署知情同意书；
7.未怀孕或哺乳。

Inclusion criteria

1.Males or females at the age of 16-70 years;2.Nephrotic syndrome or primary glomerulonephritis combined with Hepatitis B virus infection; HBsAg positive; regardless of ALT, HBV-DNA status;3.Nephrotic syndrome or primary glomerulonephritis combined with Hepatitis B virus infection：Require a long course of Corticosteroids immunosuppression;4.Serum creatinine less than 3mg/ml (265μmol / L) or eGFR>30ml/min；5.Have the ability to understand the requirements of the study, provide written informed consent (including consent for the use and disclosure of research-related health information), and comply with the study protocol procedures( including required study visits); participate in the study after the purpose and nature of the investigation has been clearly explained to them.

排除标准：

1.有严重心、肺及造血系统疾病；
2.恶性肿瘤患者；
3.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；
4.患有精神性疾病、无自制力、不能明确表达者；
5.失代偿性肝硬化；
6.血肌酐大于3mg/dL（265μmol/L）；或eGFR低于30ml/min；
7.正参加其它临床试验者，或研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床实验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who has the severe heart, lung and hematopoietic system diseases;
2. Patients with cancer or other malignant diseases;
3. Pregnant or nursing;
4. Psychiosis, acrasia and unable to express himself explicitly;
5. Decompensated cirrhosis；
6. Serum creatinine more than 3mg/ml (265μmol/L) or eGFR<30ml/min；
7. Persons who are participating in other clinical trials; or Persons, in the opinion of investigator, are unsuitable to participate in the clinical trial for other reasons.
