研究目的:

随着高能量食物摄入的增加以及身体运动的减少,肥胖发生率的快速增长以及肥胖人群低龄化的现象已经引起世界范围的广泛重视。肥胖增加了2型糖尿病、高脂血症、高血压、心血管疾病等其他慢性疾病的发病风险。同时,超重及肥胖人口的不断上升也引起国家相关医疗费用的逐年增加。因此,预防和治疗超重/肥胖具有重要意义。规律的体育锻炼可以有效减少脂肪量,并降低肥胖相关的高血压、高脂血症和胰岛素抵抗等风险。因此对于超重以及肥胖患者有积极的预防和治疗作用。 2000年以来,中国体育科研中逐渐增加了运动与慢性疾病的相关研究,其中运动在控制体重,改善血脂中的作用是运动与慢性疾病研究中的一个重要组成部分。在传统减脂运动处方中,中等强度的长时间有氧运动通常是主要的干预方式。随着运动减重减脂研究的不断深入,运动处方各要素(运动方式,运动强度,运动时间和运动频率)在不断优化,以提高运动的减重效果。除有氧运动外,其他运动方式,如抗阻运动、高强度间歇运动也被证明有减脂和减重的效果。 此外,随着超重/肥胖人群不断扩大,中等强度的长时间有氧运动已经不能很好的满足不同年龄、性别、以及身体健康状况以及运动能力的受试者对运动减脂减重的需求。因此,亟待建立更有针对性的个性化运动处方,有效发挥运动控体重,改善血脂的积极作用。本项目采用有氧运动、抗阻运动以及高强度间歇运动的方式检测运动效果,同时将肥胖合并高脂血症人群进行分层,旨在为每个运动处方设定“适用条件”,以形成个性化、精准化的运动处方。  

Objectives of Study:

The rapid increase in the prevalence of obesity and the low age of the obese population has attracted worldwide attention as the intake of high energy foods increases and physical activity decreases. Obesity increases the risk of developing other chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, hypertension and cardiovascular disease. At the same time, the rising number of overweight and obese people has led to a yearly increase in national health care costs. Therefore, prevention and treatment of overweight/obesity is of great importance. Regular physical activity is effective in reducing fat mass and reducing the risk of obesity-related hypertension, hyperlipidaemia and insulin resistance. It therefore has a positive preventive and therapeutic effect on overweight as well as obese patients. Since 2000, research on exercise and chronic diseases has gradually increased in Chinese sports research, of which the role of exercise in controlling body weight and improving blood lipids is an important part of the research on exercise and chronic diseases. In traditional fat loss exercise prescriptions, moderate intensity prolonged aerobic exercise is usually the main intervention. As research into exercise for weight and fat loss continues, the various elements of the exercise prescription (exercise mode, intensity, duration and frequency of exercise) are being optimised to improve the weight loss effects of exercise. In addition to aerobic exercise, other forms of exercise such as resistance exercise and high intensity interval exercise have also been shown to have fat and weight loss effects. Furthermore, as the overweight/obese population continues to expand, moderate intensity prolonged aerobic exercise is no longer sufficient to meet the fat and weight loss needs of subjects of all ages and genders, as well as their physical fitness and exercise capacity. Therefore, there is an urgent need to establish more targeted and personalised exercise prescriptions to effectively exert the positive effects of exercise on weight control and blood lipid improvement. This project uses aerobic exercise, resistance exercise and high-intensity intermittent exercise to test the effects of exercise, and also stratifies the obese and hyperlipidaemic population, aiming to set the "conditions of applicability" for each exercise prescription, in order to form a personalised and precise exercise prescription. macos/deepLFree.translatedWithDeepL.text

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

Interventions through maximal fat oxidation exercises, high intensity intervals, resistance training and traditional gongfu (towel exercise) training 

纳入标准:

本项目的受试者为年龄15-75岁的肥胖合并高脂血症患者,男女不限。其中肥胖由体脂率结合BMI来确定和分级。依BMI区分,超重(24.0-28.0kg/m2),轻度肥胖(28.0-32.0kg/m2),中度肥胖(32.0-36.0kg/m2),重度肥胖(>36.0 kg/m2);体脂率30%以上轻度肥胖,35%以上中度肥胖,40%以上重度肥胖。血脂水平超过正常值为血脂异常,不区分类型和异常程度。

Inclusion criteria

Subjects in this project were obese patients aged 15-75 years with combined hyperlipidaemia, of either sex. Obesity was determined and graded by body fat percentage in combination with BMI. According to BMI, overweight (24.0-28.0 kg/m2), mild obesity (28.0-32.0 kg/m2), moderate obesity (32.0-36.0 kg/m2) and severe obesity (>36.0 kg/m2) are distinguished; body fat percentage is 30% or more for mild obesity, 35% or more for moderate obesity and 40% or more for severe obesity. Lipid levels above normal are considered dyslipidaemia, without differentiating between types and degrees of abnormality.

排除标准:

通过基本医学检查排除高血压和糖尿病患者;通过运动风险评估排除运动高危人群。

Exclusion criteria:

Patients with hypertension and diabetes are excluded by basic medical examination; people at risk of exercise are excluded by exercise risk assessment.
