Objectives of Study：

Can transthoracic echocardiography effectively improve the positioning of central venous catheterization

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）均为短期内需要化疗或即将手术需肠外营养的患者；（2）年龄18-70岁；（3）无右颈内静脉穿刺禁忌的患者

Inclusion criteria

(1) All patients needed chemotherapy or parenteral nutrition in a short time; (2) aged 18-70 years; (3) patients without contraindication of right internal jugular vein puncture

排除标准：

（1）有颈内静脉穿刺禁忌者；（2）术前凝血功能异常或服用抗凝药物者；（3）拒绝参与本研究者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who have contraindications for internal jugular vein puncture, those who have abnormal coagulation function or take anticoagulant drugs before operation, and those who refuse to participate in this study
