研究目的：

通过对成人风湿病群体的匿名问卷调查，研宄他们对COVID-19疫苗相关知识的认知水平以及他们对于该疫苗的接种意愿。为包括成人风湿病患者在内的人群接种COVID-19疫苗的决策者提供依据，找出国内特殊人群中推广COVID-19疫苗存在的潜在障碍，为制定我国COVID-19预防性疫苗的接种政策提出科学建议。  

Objectives of Study：

We aimed to investigate factors affecting the willingness and acceptance of the SARS-CoV-2 vaccination among adults with rheumatic diseases in China and sources of knowledge about the vaccine.We also expect to identify potential obstacles to the promotion of COVID-19 vaccine among special population in China, and to provide scientific suggestions for formulating COVID-19 preventive vaccine vaccination policy in China.

纳入标准：


(1)被调查者为于中国国籍的成人风湿病确诊患者;
(2)年龄范围:18岁-60岁;
(3)能清楚知道自己诊断者;
(4)有基本阅读、理解文字能力

Inclusion criteria

(1) Chinese adult diagnosed with rheumatism;
(2) Age range: 18-60 years old;
(3) Those who know their diagnosis clearly;
(4) Have basic reading and comprehension skills

排除标准：

①、不符合风湿病诊断
②、年龄不在18-59岁之间
③、无认知能力、精神异常等
④、研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

①, does not meet the diagnosis of rheumatism
②, the age is not between 18-59 years old
③, lack of cognitive ability, mental disorders, etc.
④. Researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集：研究者根据受试者的调查情况，通过电子问卷网小程序进行数据采集。专人对调查问卷进行核实。 数据管理：研究者和实验人员保证数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地记录，及时送交临床研究数据管理员。他们之间的各种疑问及解答的交换应当采用疑问表形式，疑问表应保存备查。调查问卷在按要求完成数据录入和核查后，按编号的顺序归档保存，并填有检索目录等，以备查考。电子数据文件包括数据库，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。所有原始档案应按相应规定内的期限保存。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection: The researcher conducts data collection through the electronic questionnaire web mini program based on the subjects’ investigation. A dedicated person will verify the questionnaire. Data management: Researchers and experimenters ensure that data is recorded in a timely, complete, correct, and clear manner, and sent to the clinical research data administrator in a timely manner. The exchange of various questions and answers between them should be in the form of question tables, which should be kept for future reference. After completing the data entry and verification as required, the questionnaire will be archived and stored in the order of numbering, and filled with a search catalog for future reference. Electronic data files include databases, and there are multiple backups stored on different disks or recording media, which should be stored properly to prevent damage. All original archives shall be kept within the time limit within the corresponding regulations.
