研究目的：

银屑病是一种多基因遗传决定的、多环境因素刺激诱导的免疫均介导的炎症性增生性皮肤病，发病机制尚不明确。本病可累及皮肤、毛发、指趾甲、关节，严重影响了患者的生活质量。目前针对银屑病的系统治疗仍以阿维A、免疫抑制剂及生物制剂为主，其不同程度的副反应以及高额经济成本限制了临床广泛应用。中医对于银屑病认识独特，在长期的临床实践中积累了丰富经验。银屑平片是陕西省中医医院医疗机构制剂，前期研究结果显示该药物能够改善银屑病患者临床症状，延缓复发，安全性好，价格低廉。本研究目的在于通过多中心、随机、双盲、安慰剂临床对照试验的设计方法，评价银屑平片对轻、中度寻常型银屑病患者的临床疗效及安全性，为银屑平片治疗银屑病提供高级别循证医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Psoriasis is an immune-mediated inflammatory disease determined by polygene and induced by multi-environmental factors. The pathogenesis of psoriasis is unclear. The disease can involve skin, hair, fingernails and joint, seriously affecting the quality of life of patients. At present, the systematic treatment of psoriasis is still dominated by acitretin, immunosuppressants and biological agents, which have varying degrees of side effects and high economic costs, which limit the wide clinical application. Traditional Chinese medicine has a unique theory of psoriasis and has accumulated rich experience in long-term clinical practice. Yinxiaoping(YXP) tablet is a pharmaceutics for medical institutes of Shaanxi traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. In previous studies, it has been proved that this drug can effectively improve skin lesions, reduce recurrence and shown good safety with low price. The aim of this study is to clarify the efficacy and safety through conducting multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo clinical controlled trials, and provide a high-level evidence-based medical evidence for YXP tablet in treatment of mild-to-moderate psoriasis vulgaris.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

药物成分：自1983年起银屑平片（陕药制字Z20130010）作为陕西省中医医院医疗机构制剂用于银屑病的治疗。其主要成分为松科植物马尾松（Pinus massoniana Lamb.）或其同属植物树干中所提取的油树脂。 治疗方案：试验组：银屑平片，10片/次，2次/日，早晚餐后服用。尿素乳膏，2次/日，皮损处外涂。疗程：8周。对照组：银屑平片模拟剂：10片/次，2次/日，早晚餐后服用。尿素乳膏：2次/日，皮损处外涂，避免干燥。疗程：8周。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

YXP tablet (Approval number:Z20130010) is a pharmaceutics for medical institutes in Shaanxi traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital since 1983. Its main component is the oleoresin extracted from the trunk of Pinus massoniana Lamb or its same genus. Intervention: Participants in the experimental group will receive 12 boxes of placebo tablets over the course of 8-week treatment period and will be instructed to consumed 10 tablets in the morning and 10 tablets in the evening after meals. Participants in the control group will receive 12 boxes of placebo tablets over the course of 8-week treatment period and will be instructed to consumed 10 tablets in the morning and 10 tablets in the evening after meals. The topical treatment was urea cream twice a day for 8 weeks for all participants in order to avoid dehydration. 

纳入标准：

（1）符合点滴型或斑块型银屑病的西医诊断标准和银屑病中医证型诊断标准；
（2）皮损累及≤10%BSA；
（3）PASI评分≤12；
（4）18岁≤年龄≤65岁，性别不限；
（5）同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(I) diagnosis of psoriasis established in accordance with the conventional diagnostic criteria for psoriasis, as well as in accordance with the syndrome diagnostic criteria within TCM;
(II) skin lesions covering ≤10% of the body surface area;
(III)PASI score ≤12;
(IV)age between 18 and 65 years;
(V) written informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）有其他活动性皮肤疾病可能影响病情评估者；
（2）1个月内曾系统接受研究性药物、生物制剂及免疫抑制剂治疗；
（3）2周内曾接受外用糖皮质激素、光疗等治疗；
（4）处于严重的难以控制的局部或全身急、慢性感染状态；
（5）有严重系统性疾病；或临床检测指标属于以下几种情况之一的患者：谷丙转氨酶或谷草转氨酶增高＞1.5倍正常值上限；肌酐增高＞正常值上限；血常规主要指标（白细胞计数、血红蛋白浓度、血小板计数）中任何一个＜正常值下限或＞正常值上限；或其他实验室检查异常研究者判断不适合参与此试验的患者；
（6）恶性肿瘤病史者以及原发或继发性免疫缺陷及超敏患者；
（7）8周内曾接受重大手术或研究期间将需要接受此类手术；
（8）妊娠或哺乳期女性；
（9）有酗酒、吸毒或药物滥用史者；
（10）具有严重精神病史或家族史者；
（11）参加其他临床试验者；
（12）其他原因研究者认为不合适参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

(I) other active skin disease that may affect assessment;
(II) prescription for research drugs, biological agents, or immunosuppressive agents within the month leading up to the study;
(III) prescription for topical glucocorticoids, phototherapy, or other relevant therapies within the 2 weeks leading up to the study;
(IV) severe or uncontrollable local/systemic acute/chronic infection;
(V) severe systemic disease or abnormal laboratory values （the increase of glutamic pyruvic transaminase or glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase is more than 1.5 times the upper limit of the normal value; the increase of creatinine exceeds the upper limit of the normal value; any one of the main indicators of blood routine (white blood cell count, hemoglobin concentration, platelet count) is below the lower limit or higher than the upper limit of the normal value. Or other abnormal laboratory values, the researchers determined that it was not suitable for patients to participate in this trial）;
(VI) history of malignant tumors or primary/secondary immunodeficiency or hypersensitivity;
(VII) major surgery during the 8-week study period;
(VIII) pregnancy or breastfeeding;
(IX) history of alcoholism or drug abuse;
(X) personal or family history of serious mental illness;
(XI) participating in other clinical trials;
(XII) any other serious medical condition judged by the researchers to pose a significant risk to the patient or interfere with the interpretation of study outcomes.
