研究目的：

通过本试验探究右美托咪定滴鼻预处理对于全麻下行口腔治疗的患儿的苏醒期谵妄的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of intranasal dexmedetomidine on emergence delirium of pediatric patients receiving dental treatment under general anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄3~7岁；
2.多颗龋齿的患儿，拟于全麻下行根管治疗+透明冠和金属预成冠修复，伴或不伴多生牙拔除术；
3.无系统性疾病史，ASA1-2级。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged between 3-7 years;
2.Pediatric patient with multiple carries and needs dental treatment under general anesthesia;
3.No systematic disease,ASA level 1-2.

排除标准：

1.先天性器质性疾病；
2.生长发育迟缓；
3.肝肾功能障碍；
4.注意缺陷多动障碍、自闭症；
5.对右美托咪定过敏；
6.患儿家长拒绝。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Congenital organic diseases;
2.Growth retardation;
3.Liver and kidney dysfunction;
4.Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and autism;
5.Allergic to dexmedetomidine;
6.Refusal from the parents.
