研究目的：

研究喷灌疗法——“开喉剑喷雾剂（儿童型）”联合“清热解毒1号方中药灌肠”治疗普通型手足口病的可行性和临床疗效  

Objectives of Study：

Study on the efficacy of both Kai-Hou-Jian Spray and Qing Re Jie Du Decoction in conjunction with conventional therapy in treating mild HFMD

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）符合《手足口病诊疗指南2018年版》诊断标准的1期（普通型）手足口病患者并同时符合《中医儿科临床诊疗指南·手足口病(修订)》中邪犯肺脾证或湿热毒盛证；
2）发热和/或皮疹症状出现不超过48小时；≥37.5℃≤38.5℃；
3）年龄：≥1岁且≤5岁；
4）患者及其监护人愿意参加本研究且签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

The diagnosis of mild HFMD was established (Ministry of Health of the Peoples Republic of China, 2018) according the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of HFMD issued by the Ministry of Health of China in 2018. In addition, ages of children should be within the range of 1 to 5 years, the occurrence of fever or skin and oral mucosal lesions were no more than 48 hours after , and the body temperatures were between 37.5 degree C to 38.5 degree C. All patients and their guardians agreed and informed consent forms before enrollment.

排除标准：

1）合并其他器官严重原发性疾病如先天性心脏病慢性肝炎肾炎和血液系统疾病等的患者；
2）有中药过敏史者；
3）本次发病到入组之前接受过中药治疗者；
4）患者或其监护人有精神疾患；
5）确诊后参与其他手足口病临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients had neurogenic pulmonary edema or heart or respiratory failure, chronic hepatitis, congenital heart disease, or acute or chronic nephritis; had a history of allergy to herbal medicine, or mild increases in bilirubin, intravascular hemolysis. Patients had been taken other Chinese herbal medicines or antivirals, hormonal therapy or participated in other clinical studies on HFMD, and had any condition that could have interfered with the evaluation of the study objectives.
