Objectives of Study：

we investigate the relationship between the occurrence of sufentanil-induced coughing and the huffing manoeuvre.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级为Ⅰ~III级,年龄在18~75岁之间，男性,择期行气管插管的全身麻醉患者；

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria are American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I or III, aged 18?75 years, male patients and undergoing elective surgical procedures under general anesthesia.

排除标准：

有哮喘、慢性咳嗽病史，有血管紧张素转换酶抑制药、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗药、支气管扩张药和类固醇药物史，近2周内有上呼吸道感染史的患者

Exclusion criteria：

We excluded patients with a history of asthma,chronic cough or medication containing angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, angiotensin II receptor antagonists, bronchodilators and steroids. Patients with upper respiratory tract infection within 2 weeks before the operation were also excluded.
