研究目的：

1、比较足月择期剖宫产孕妇及其新生儿未进行新生儿早期基本保健技术和接受新生儿早期基本保健技术（皮肤接触30分钟、60分钟和90分钟）的早开奶率的差异 2、探索足月择期剖宫产孕妇及其新生儿未进行新生儿早期基本保健技术和接受新生儿早期基本保健技术（皮肤接触30分钟、60分钟和90分钟）的母乳喂养率的差异  

Objectives of Study：

1) Compare the difference of early initiation of breastfeeding rates among 4 different groups of pregnant women (control group; intervention group 1: 30 minutes skin-to-skin contact group; intervention group 2: 60 minutes skin-to-skin contact group; and intervention group 3: 90 minutes skin-to-skin contact group) with full-term selective caesarean sections. 2) Exploring the difference of breastfeeding rates among 4 different groups of pregnant women (control group; intervention group 1: 30 minutes skin-to-skin contact group; intervention group 2: 60 minutes skin-to-skin contact group; and intervention group 3: 90 minutes skin-to-skin contact group) with full-term selective caesarean sections.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 分娩孕周≥ 37周
2. 选择性剖宫产
3. 单胎妊娠
4. 硬膜外麻醉
5. 能够签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Gestational weeks >=37 weeks;
2. Elective caesarean section;
3. Singleton pregnancy;
4. Epidural anesthesia;
5. Able to provide written informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 孕妇患有严重的妊娠期并发症，如前置胎盘、胎盘植入和子痫等
2. 新生儿患有严重疾病，如新生儿窒息、新生儿出生缺陷等
3. 不能进行母乳喂养
4. 不能进行母婴皮肤接触
5. 孕妇患有感染性疾病，如乙肝、梅毒、HIV感染等

Exclusion criteria：

1. Serious pregnancy complications such as placenta previa, placenta implantation and eclampsia;
2. Neonatal complications such as neonatal asphyxia, neonatal birth defects;
3. Unable to breastfeeding;
4. Difficulty in undergoing skin-to-skin contact;
5. Infectious diseases such as hepatitis B, syphilis, HIV.
