研究目的：

本研究采用回顾性对照研究，评估临床药师干预对三级医院骨科内固定手术围术期预防使用抗生素的影响，及其经济效果。以期减少抗菌药物的使用及使用不合理情况，减少耐药菌的发生，进一步拓展药物服务的广度和深度。  

Objectives of Study：

Retrospective controlled studies were adopted to explore the impact of clinical pharmacist interventions on perioperative antimicrobial prophylaxis in orthopedic internal fixation surgery of third-class hospital and the economic effects. The purpose of the research was to reduce the use and unreasonable use of antibacterial drugs, reduce the occurrence of drug-resistant bacteria, and further expand the breadth and depth of drug services.

纳入标准：

①手术为明确的内固定术或者内固定取出术；
②手术切口类别为干净的。

Inclusion criteria

1. The operation is a clear internal fixation or internal fixation removal;
2. The type of surgical incision is clean.

排除标准：

①手术类别为干净污染的、污染的或感染的；
②术前1个月内进行过侵袭性手术或操作；
③术前2周内有明确感染因素而使用抗菌药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Surgery category is clean, contaminated or infected;
2. Invasive surgery or operation was performed within 1 month before operation;
3. Antibacterial drugs were used for infection factors within 2 weeks before operation.
