研究目的：

本研究旨在探究潜伏肌筋膜疼痛扳机点注射治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效，通过对CVA患者的咳嗽症状积分（夜间和日间）、VAS评分、ACQ5评分以及哮喘生活质量（AQLQ）的量化评分进行数据收集并分析，以为饱受咳嗽变异性哮喘困扰的患者提供一种疗效好、治疗次数少、疗效维持时间长及花费少的治疗方法。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy of latent myofascial pain wrench injection in the treatment of cough variant asthma. By collecting and analyzing the data of cough symptom score (night and day), VAS score, ACQ5 score and quantitative score of asthma quality of life (AQLQ), the patients with cough variant asthma were provided with a good curative effect, less treatment times, long curative effect maintenance time and less cost.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄在18-75周岁的患者；符合咳嗽变异性哮喘的诊断标准；患者知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged 18-75; meet diagnostic criteria for cough variant asthma; informed consent.

排除标准：

患者年龄＜18周岁或＞75周岁；咳嗽是由其他疾病引起；过敏体质及对利多卡因或维生素B12过敏者；严重肺部疾病；患者近3周有药物滥用史及半年内有吸烟对本试验结果有影响者；孕期或哺乳期患者；患者拒绝。

Exclusion criteria：

The patient <18 years old or >75 years old; cough is caused by other diseases; allergic constitution and allergy to lidocaine or vitamin B12; severe lung disease; The patient had a history of drug abuse in the past 3 weeks and smoking in half a year.
