研究目的：

建立西藏高原人群心血管代谢性疾病的队列，掌握疾病谱特点，为高原人群心血管代谢性疾病的防控策略提供新的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

Establish a cohort of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases in the Tibetan plateau population, grasp the characteristics of the disease spectrum, and provide new ideas for the prevention and control strategies of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases in the plateau population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄>35岁，男女不限；2）在所在社区居住>3个月以上的迁徙人口；或长期定居超过3年的人群原著人口；3）签署知情同意书并同意完成定期随访。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age> 35 years old, regardless of gender; 2) People who live in the community for more than 3 months or have settled for more than 3 years; 3) Sign informed consent and agree to complete regular follow-up.

排除标准：

1）年龄<35岁；2）正参加其它临床试验的受试者；3）研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Age <35 years; 2) Subjects who are participating in other clinical trials; 3) Researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
