药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1 第一次复治。
2 涂阳（涂阳培阳，涂阳培阴）。
3 肺内有活动性结核病变。
4 年龄≥18岁， ≤65岁的患者。
5 肝肾功能正常，血尿常规正常。
6 无药物性耳聋家族史。
7 无青光眼和精神异常，无癫痫者，非孕妇，无长期使用免疫抑制药。糖尿病无并发症。
8 已签署知情同意书。
9 经项目小组讨论，结合患者综合情况同意纳入本项目治疗。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The first retreatment;
(2) Sputum smear Positive (sputum smear positive, or M.tb culture positive);
(3) Sputum negative (sputum smear negative and culture negative, see the definition of retreatment of tuberculosis with sputum negative);
(4) Chest X-ray indicated tuberculosis with lung lesions;
(5) Aged between 18 and 65 years old, male or female;
(6) Normal liver and kidney function, as well as normal blood and urine test results;
(7) Without Family history of drug-induced deafness;
(8) No glaucoma and mental abnormalities, no epileptic seizures, non-pregnant women, no long-term use of immunosuppressive drugs, no complications of diabetes for diabetic TB patients;
(9) Voluntary to be subjects and agree to sign the consent form.

排除标准：

1 肺结核合并活动性肺外结核（单纯合并结核性胸膜炎的不排除）
2 非结核分枝杆菌肺病
3 因严重药物过敏反应不能坚持治疗
4 药敏结果提示为耐多药结核病（MDR）或广泛耐药结核病（XDR）。
5 急慢性肝炎，矽肺，中重度贫血或血液病者，肺心病、呼衰和心衰、妊娠、胃溃疡、长期嗜酒、肝硬化、合并HIV/AIDS、免疫性疾病、恶性肿瘤、代谢性疾病、糖尿病并发症（如：糖尿病眼病，糖尿病肾病，糖尿病末梢神经炎等）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) With active extra-pulmonary tuberculosis(concomitant tuberculous pleurisy is not excluded);
(2) Non-tuberculous mycobacteria;
(3) Severe allergy to study drug or any ingredient of it;
(4) MDR-TB or XDR-TB in high dose gourp;
(5) Suffering from acute and chronic hepatitis, silicosis, moderate to severe anemia or blood disease, pulmonary heart disease, respiratory failure and heart failure, pregnancy, gastric ulcer, long-term alcoholism, cirrhosis, combined with HIV/AIDS, immune diseases, malignant tumors, metabolic diseases, diabetic complications (such as diabetic eye disease, diabetic nephropathy, diabetic peripheral neuritis, etc.).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

病例报告表由研究者填写，每个入选病例必须完成病例报告表。完成的病例报告表由临床监察员审查后，第一联移交数据管理员，进行数据录入和管理工作。数据录入与管理由指定数据管理员负责。数据管理员采用软件编制数据录入程序，进行数据录入与管理。为保证数据的准确性，应由两个数据管理员独立进行双份录入并校对。
