纳入标准：

All patients with pathologically confirmed papillary thyroid carcinoma with lymph node metastasis

Inclusion criteria

All patients with pathologically confirmed papillary thyroid carcinoma with lymph node metastasis

排除标准：

1. Patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma without neck dissection;
2. Patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma thyroidectomy was done outside KAMC.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma without neck dissection;
2. Patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma thyroidectomy was done outside KAMC.
