研究目的：

本研究旨在评估欧洲临床营养与代谢学会(ESPEN)与GLIM标准在营养不良诊断中的一致性，并比较GLIM表型标准在入院时具有营养风险的肠功能不全和肠衰竭患者中的一致性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study was aimed to evaluate the consistency in malnutrition diagnosis between the European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN) and GLIM criteria, and to compare the consistency and efficacy of GLIM phenotypic criteria in patients with intestinal insufficiency and intestinal failure diseases at nutritional risk on admission.

纳入标准：

2021年4月1日至2022年4月1日在金陵医院临床营养中心就诊的肠功能不全和肠衰竭患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with intestinal insufficiency and intestinal failure admitted to the clinical nutrition center in Jinling hospital from April 1,2021 to April 1,2021.

排除标准：

年龄<18岁或>80岁；NRS2002评分<3分；不可靠的入院体重；丢失体重下降的数据；丢失BIA人体检测数据；肝肾功能不全；怀孕和置有心脏起搏器的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients aged <18 or >80 years and those with a nutrition risk screening 2002 (NRS-2002) score < 3 points, unreliable weight data on admission (such as patients presenting with ascites, edema, and amputation), missing weight loss data on admission, missing BIA data of human body composition, hepatic insufficiency (alanine transaminase/aspartate transaminase ratio 200% above normal range or bilirubin > 3 mg/dL), and renal insufficiency (serum creatinine > 1.5 mg/dL)8 were excluded from the analysis. Patients who are pregnant and with pacemaker were also excluded.
