对卡马西平和别嘌呤醇致敏患者的HLA *B位点进行基因分型，评价HLA-B *1502/5801作为分子标志物在SJS/TEN预警中的应用价值  

Objectives of Study：

Genotyping of HLA * B sensitized loci in patients with carbamazepine and allopurinol sensitization, and evaluation the diagnostic values of HLA-B * 1502/5801 as a molecular marker in SJS / TEN early warning.

纳入标准：

（1）年龄为2~80岁，男女不限；（2）患者签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Males and females aged between 2 and 80 years of age; (2)Provide written informed consent and Willing and able to comply with all aspects of the protocol.

排除标准：

既往有出凝血功能障碍的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with a history of blood coagulation dysfunction disorders
