1.探索孕妇疲乏和抑郁对妊娠结局的影响； 2.探索孕妇疲乏和抑郁对婴儿生长发育的影响； 3.比较孕妇疲乏和抑郁对妊娠结局及婴儿生长发育的。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore the influence of fatigue and depression of pregnant women on pregnancy outcome; 2. Explore the effects of fatigue and depression of pregnant women on the growth and development of infants; 3. Compare the effects of fatigue and depression of pregnant women on pregnancy outcome and growth and development of infants.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①孕早期； ②年龄＞20 岁且＜35 岁； ③单胎； ④具备基本的中文读写能力； ⑤自愿参加。

Inclusion criteria

1. Early pregnancy;
2. Age>20 years old and <35 years old;
3. Single birth;
4. Basic Chinese reading and writing skills;
5. Voluntary participation.

排除标准：

①异院分娩； ②胎儿死亡； ③采血48小时内服用消炎药； ④其他原因导致无法参加研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Delivery in a different hospital;
2. Death of the fetus;
3. Take anti-inflammatory drugs within 48 hours of blood collection;
4. Unable to participate in the study due to other reasons.
