研究目的：

探讨内镜下氩气刀联合探条及球囊导尿管自助式扩张治疗食管鳞癌术后顽固性吻合口狭窄的疗效  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness that Balloon catheter combination with APC and Savary bougienage via endoscopy for the treatment of Intractable anastomotic-stenosis after esophageal squamous cancer surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

病理确诊为食管鳞癌，行食管癌根治术后出现进水/进食困难，呕吐粘液，贫血，消瘦等症状，以stooler分级结合钡餐检查结果为标准，Ⅲ级或Ⅲ级以上吞咽困难者，并经过至少一次氩气刀探条联合扩张3月内复发者。

Inclusion criteria

Age 40-80 years old, written consent to participate in the study, undergone a transhiatal esophagectomy and intrathoracic gastric tube reconstruction with cervical anastomosis because of esophageal squamous cancer, Ⅲ or Ⅳ degree of dysphagia, interval between treatment of stenosis and the initial surgery of esophageal cancer is less than 1 year, dysphagia recurrence after 1 time dilation by APC combination with SB at least within 3 months.

排除标准：

吻合口狭窄由肿瘤复发或息肉生成引起者，KPS评分低于40分，术后首次吻合口狭窄形成，30天内行氩气刀、探条或任何形式的扩张治疗，及食管气管瘘者排除。

Exclusion criteria：

Anastomotic-stenosis caused by anastomotic recurrence of cancer and polyps, undergone APC or any form of re-canalization in the previous 30 days Karnofsky status < 40%, presenting with an esophageal fistula or with infiltration on the trachea or main bronchi on computed tomography.
