研究目的：

1. 了解参加本研究的中国ACH患者的人口统计学特征； 2. 了解中国ACH患者临床特征 3. 评估中国ACH患者合并症的发生发展及医学干预情况； 4. 评估中国ACH患者健康相关生活质量状况； 5. 绘制中国ACH患者标准生长曲线（身高、坐高、体重、头围、胸围、指距）； 6. 建立中国ACH患者队列.  

Objectives of Study：

1. To understand the demographic characteristics of ACH patients in China; 2. To understand the clinical characteristics of ACH patients in China 3. To evaluate the development and medical intervention of the complications of ACH in Chinese patients; 4. To evaluate the health-related quality of life of ACH patients in China; 5. To set the standard growth curve of ACH patients in China (height, height, weight, head circumference, chest circumference, finger spacing); 6. To establishment of ACH patient cohort in China.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 受试者或法定代理人愿意并能够提供书面签署的知情同意（以及根据当地要求，提供患者的书面同意）；
2. 根据研究者的判断，愿意并能够遵守研究方案；
3. 临床诊断并基因确诊为ACH（经研究者确认）；
4. 可独立站立（如果大于36个月）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Subject or legal representative is willing and able to provide informed consent signed in person (and patient's written consent as required locally);
2. Subject is willing and able to follow the research protocol according to the researcher's judgment;
3. Clinical and genetic diagnosis of ACH (confirmed by the investigator);
4. Subject can stand independently (if its over 36 months).

排除标准：

1. 目前存在除ACH外影响长骨生长潜力的生长板损伤或疾病或既往病史；
2. 有除ACH外的骨骼发育不良或导致身材矮小或骨生长异常的医学疾病[例如但不限于重度ACH伴发育迟缓和黑棘皮症（SADDAN）、21三体综合征、软骨发育不良、先天型脊柱骨骺发育不良、颅缝早闭综合征、生长激素缺乏症、Turner综合征、假性软骨发育不全等]；
3. 儿童（<18岁）患有任何可能影响生长的疾病或已知其治疗会影响生长的疾病[例如但不限于未获得控制的甲状腺功能减退或甲状腺功能亢进、未获得控制的糖尿病、需要皮质类固醇治疗的自身免疫性疾病、炎症性肠病、自主神经病变/自主神经功能障碍、慢性贫血、慢性腹泻、慢性肾功能不全和结核等]；
4. 存在恶性疾病或病史，根据病历12个月无复发的基底细胞上皮瘤／癌或完全切除的鳞状皮肤癌除外；
5. 儿童（<18岁）参加研究期间需要或预计需要长期(>1个月)或反复口服皮质类固醇治疗（不包括低剂量吸入性皮质类固醇用于治疗哮喘）；
6. 已参与或曾参与任何治疗软骨发育不全或身材矮小的干预性研究(包括研究性产品或装置) ；
7. 研究者认为任何其他会妨碍受试者遵守研究要求或继续参与研究的原因。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have History or presence of injury or disease of the growth plate(s), other than ACH, that affects growth potential of long bones;
2. Have forms of skeletal dysplasias other than ACH or medical conditions that result in short stature or abnormal bone growth [such as but not limited to, severe achondroplasia with developmental delay and acanthosis nigricans (SADDAN), trisomy 21, hypochondroplasia, spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia congenital [SEDC], Shprintzen-Goldberg Syndrome , growth hormone deficiency, Turner syndrome, pseudoachondroplasia,etc.];
3. The child (<18) has any medical condition that may impact growth or where the treatment is known to impact growth [such as but not limited to, uncontrolled hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, autoimmune disease requiring corticosteroid therapy, inflammatory bowel disease, and chronic renal insufficiency, autonomic neuropathy/autonomic nerve dysfunction, chronic anemia, chronic diarrhea, chronic renal insufficiency and tuberculosis, etc.];
4. Have history or presence of malignant disease, other than basal cell epithelioma/carcinoma or completely resected squamous skin cancer with no recurrence for 12 months per medical Records;
5. Children (<18 years) require, or anticipated to require long-term treatment (> 1 month) or repeated treatment with oral corticosteroids during the study (low-dose ongoing inhaled steroid for asthma is acceptable);
6. Participat in or have participated in any intervention studies (including investigational products or devices) for the treatment of achondroplasia or short stature;
7. Any other reason that in the opinion of the investigator would prevent the child from complying with the study requirements or continue with the study.
