研究目的：

评价超声及磁共振新技术能否早期预测卵巢癌病人化疗后心脏毒性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate whether echocardiography and MRI new technology could predict future cardiotoxicity in ovarian cancer patients receiving chemotherapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

18岁以上患者，初诊为卵巢癌，接受化疗方案含蒽环类或含紫衫醇类药物。

Inclusion criteria

Patients of at least 18 years of age newly diagnosed with ovarian cancer and scheduled to receive chemotherapy including anthracycline or taxol.

排除标准：

1、基线左心室射血分数（LVEF）小于50％；2、其他引起心脏损伤的系统性疾病；3、MRI检查禁忌症（如心脏起搏器等）；4、幽闭恐惧症；5、严重的心律不齐。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who have a baseline LVEF<50%; (2) presence of other systemic diseases associated with cardiovascular damage; (3) contraindication for MRI due to the presence of cardiac pacemaker or defibrillators and other unsafe ferromagnetic objects; (4) claustrophobia; (5) severe arrhythmia.
