研究目的：

探讨硬膜外复合全凭静脉麻醉是否能更好的改善肿瘤患者围术期的免疫抑制状态。重点阐明：1.硬膜外复合全凭静脉麻醉是否能更好的改善肿瘤患者围术期的免疫功能。2.硬膜外复合全凭静脉麻醉的应用是否能抑制体外肿瘤细胞的增殖与迁移。  

Objectives of Study：

To study whether the combined epidural-intravenous anesthesia can preserve cancer patients perioperative immunity better. This research is to mainly clarify: 1. whether the combined epidural-intravenous anesthesia can preserve cancer patients perioperative immunologic function better; 2. whether the plasma from the patient underwent combined epidural-intravenous anesthesia can better inhibit cancer cell proliferation and migration in vitro.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

确诊结直肠癌，拟行开腹结直肠癌根治术，年龄40-65岁，ASA 1-2级

Inclusion criteria

Patients who was definitely diagnosed as colorectal cancer or colonic cancer, and proposed for a radical surgery, aged 40-65 years, ASA grade I-II.

排除标准：

已有远处转移，手术时间大于4小时，术前有放化疗史，有免疫系统疾病史，存在椎管内麻醉禁忌症，术中使用异体血者，术中低温（体温低于34度）者，对卤化物过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who have distant metastasis, with known immunologic disease, or have chemotherapy or radiotherapy before operation, have contraindications of epidural anesthesia, allergic to halide; patients whose surgery lasts more than 4 hours, allogeneic transfusion, temperature less than 34 during surgery.
