研究目的：

通过多中心临床试验，评价补肺益肾方联合穴位贴敷的中医药干预方案治疗社区COPD稳定期患者的疗效和安全性，制定可供推广的适宜社区COPD的中医药干预方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Bu Fei Yi Shen Granules and acupoint application therapy in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

缓释茶碱胶囊 缓释茶碱 补肺益肾颗粒 人参、黄芪、枸杞子、山萸肉、五味子、淫羊藿、浙贝母、紫苏子、赤芍、地龙、陈皮、炙甘草 穴位贴敷软膏剂 白芥子、延胡索、干姜、细辛、芫花、肉桂等 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Patients Blinding Researcher Blinding 

纳入标准：

（1）符合以上诊断标准的COPD患者；
（2）病情程度属Ⅰ级~Ⅲ级的稳定期患者；
（3）年龄≥40岁、≤80岁；
（4）入选前1个月内未参加其他干预措施的临床研究；
（5）入选前经过2周的洗脱期；
（6）自愿接受治疗，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet with the diagnostic standard of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease;2. Patients in StageⅠ-Ⅲ;3. Age ≥40 years, ≤80 years;4. Without participations in other interventional trials;5. Patients underwent washout period of 2 weeks;6. With the informed consent signed.

排除标准：

（1）急性加重期COPD患者；
（2）病情程度属于Ⅳ级；
（3）妊娠及哺乳期妇女；
（4）神志不清、痴呆、各种精神病患者；
（5）合并严重心功能不全；
（6）合并支气管哮喘，或支气管扩张，或活动性肺结核；
（7）弥漫性泛细支气管炎；
（8）合并有气胸、胸腔积液、肺栓塞者；
（9）合并影响呼吸运动功能的神经肌肉疾病；
（10）合并肿瘤；
（11）严重肝肾疾病；
（12）各种原因长期卧床者；
（13）入选前1个月内口服糖皮质激素；
（14）先天或后天性免疫缺陷者；
（15）正在参加其他干预措施的临床试验者，已知对治疗药物过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute exacerbation period of COPD;
2. Patients in Stage Ⅳ;
3. Pregnant or breast-feeding women;
4. With obnubilation or mental disorder;
5. Complicated with severe heart failure;
6. Complicated with bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis or active tuberculosis;
7. Complicated with diffuse panbronchiolitis;
8. Complicated with pneumothorax, pleural effusion or pulmonary embolism;
9. Complicated with neuromuscular disorder which affects the respiration;
10. Complicated with tumors;
11. Complicated with serious hepatic and renal diseases;
12. Long periods of bed rest;
13. With medication of steroids within 1 month;
14. With immunodeficiency;
15. Participating in other trials or allergic to the used medicine.
